Academic & Experience Requirements

✅ OR at least 1 year of relevant work experience in IT support, programming, business operations, or digital marketing.
✅ Basic knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent software).


2. Hardware & Software Requirements

💻 Computer Specifications:

  • Processor: Intel Core i3 or higher (or AMD equivalent)
  • RAM: Minimum 4GB (8GB recommended)
  • Storage: At least 100GB free disk space
  • Operating System: Windows 10/11, macOS, or Linux

🌐 Internet Requirements:

  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps speed) for smooth video conferencing and online activities.

📦 Required Software & Tools:

  • Office Productivity: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) OR Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Programming & Development Tools (if applicable): Python, Java, JavaScript, or an IDE like VS Code, PyCharm, or IntelliJ.
  • Database Management (if applicable): MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Cybersecurity Basics: Antivirus software, VPN, and basic encryption tools.
  • Project Management Tools: Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Teams (for coursework collaboration).

🎥 Communication & Virtual Learning Tools:

  • Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet for live online sessions.

3. Additional Requirements
