Course Requirements

This course is designed for beginners who already possess basic computer skills. To successfully participate, learners should meet the following minimum requirements:

1. Basic Computer Operation Skills

Learners should be able to:

  • Turn a computer on and shut it down properly

  • Log in and navigate the desktop environment

  • Use a mouse (click, double-click, right-click, scroll, drag and drop)

  • Use a keyboard for basic typing

  • Create, open, save, rename, and delete files or folders

2. Basic Typing Ability

  • Ability to type simple sentences

  • Basic understanding of letters, numbers, and common keyboard symbols

  • Willingness to improve typing speed through practice

3. Device Requirements

To attend the online course, learners must have:

  • A desktop computer or laptop (strongly recommended for practical learning)

  • Installed Microsoft Word (2016, 2019, 2021, or Microsoft 365)
    OR access to Word Online via a web browser

  • A stable internet connection for accessing lessons and course materials

4. No Prior Word Knowledge Required

  • No previous experience in Microsoft Word is needed

The Online Microsoft Word Full Course (Beginner Level) offered by Senior Computer Services International is designed to equip learners with practical skills in document creation, formatting, and professional presentation using Microsoft Word.
